PROJECT CUMBERLAND is a condominium in Yorkville that is being rented by our client’s son, a university student who has moved to Toronto from Vancouver to go to school. This bachelor pad is modern, comfortable, and has everything our client’s son needs in order to be successful at school.

We focused on purchasing items that would be durable and neutral in design with pops of pattern and colour in the decor.
